München: Pink erhält für ihr Albums “Funhouse” (Sony) Doppel-Platin.
Mit über 400.000 verkaufte Exemplaren gehört das Album in Deutschland zu den Topsellern 2008. Im Rahmen des ausverkauften Konzerts am 6. April in der Olympiahalle München überreichte ein Sony-Team der Sängerin die begehrten Platin Scheiben.
“Funhouse” ist das fünfte Album von Pink. Die bis jetzt ausgekoppelten Singles “So What” und “Sober” schafften [...]

Das tolle Video Lady Marmelade mit Christina Agulilera von Missy Elliott aus dem Film Moulin Rouge von 2001.
Außerdem dabei: Pink, Lil´Kim, Mya.
Das Video gewann den MTV Award Best Video of the Year.
Der Song stammt ursprünglich von dere Gruppe Labelle aus dem Jahre 1974.

Bei den diesjährigen Brit-Awards war P!nk für die Kategorie International Female Solo Artis nominiert.
Neben Pink gingen noch Katy Perry, Beyoncé, Gabriella Cilmi und Santogold in das Rennen um den begehrten Preis.
Die Verleihung fand am 18. Februar 2009 in London statt.
